As a safety professional working in construction for over 25 years, I know how important it is to have a culture where upper management supports all safety processes. It is so refreshing to work for a General Contractor where the principals and executives genuinely care about the people that make up their company. I started out working for a small GC, then a mid-sized GC and finally came to Level 10, 5 years ago. I feel Level 10 has been a place to learn and grow, where my work is valued and those on my teams have seen my contributions make a difference.
