The 7.8-acre redevelopment of CityView Plaza creates a new phased 3.8 million-sq.-ft. mixed-use office park in the heart of downtown San Jose. Current plans include six interconnected, 19-story, glass-lined office towers with 55,000-sq.-ft. floorplates, 85,000 sq. ft. of outdoor rooftop terraces, 80,000-sq.-ft. world-class fitness center, and unique two-story connecting bridges. The project includes five levels of underground parking totaling 1,597,000 sq. ft. BIM. Design-Build MEPF. LEED Gold.
