111,000 SF complete build-out of a new corporate headquarters facility that consists of demolition of existing interiors of multiple buildings purchased by Mission Federal Credit Union and construction of all new TIs. Additionally, exterior enhancements will be performed to the site including improvements to landscaping and outdoor amenities spaces and building exterior improvements.
