1.8 million SF office development at the former 47.4-acre Lockheed Martin site in Sunnyvale. Development included demolishing 924,500 SF of existing buildings and constructing five 8-story, 350,633 SF office buildings, a 59,211 SF amenities structure with swimming pool, an outdoor amphitheater and recreation space, and three parking garages totaling 1 million SF of parking space and containing 3,403 spaces.

The buildings are steel frame with design-build glass and metal panel curtainwall system and stone. LEED Platinum.

Construction of Moffett Towers II occurred in two phases. Phase I consisted of building out the warm shell for Buildings 1 and 2, Parking Structure A (PSA), and an amenities building and pool with associated sitework and demolition. Phase II consisted of building out the warm shell for Buildings 3, 4 and 5, and Parking Structures B and C (PSB and PSC).
