Kendall DeSpenza joins the San Diego office as MEP Preconstruction Executive. Kendall joins from Countywide Mechanical where she oversaw the Preconstruction Department as well as all Design-Build projects. Over Kendall’s career she has worked with clients such as Sharp Healthcare, Rady Children’s Hospital, SDSU, UCSD, and multiple state and federal agencies. She has expertise in Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Federal Markets.
