Healthy Outcomes for Wellness and Care
Level 10 is extremely skilled at building in the healthcare field, including hospitals, medical office buildings and academic facilities. Most importantly, our project management staff is highly sensitive to the patient environments we build in and around, especially at hospitals.
This depth of experience allows us to create budgets and schedules that include the time and costs associated with working in a highly regulated OSHPD environment. Our proprietary OSHPD Healthcare Best Practices manual is used to train and guide our healthcare project teams and their subcontractors. The manual addresses Safety, Infection Control Procedures, Quality Control, MEP Coordination, OSHPD Review/Deferred Approvals, OSHPD Review-Field Reviews, Overhead Inspections, Hospital Equipment, Startup/Commissioning and Closeout.
We’re driven to achieve excellence in healthcare construction, while maintaining an understanding of patient health and well-being.
