Bob Maxwell Joins Level 10 Construction as Senior Vice President for Business Development

SUNNYVALE, CA— Dennis Giles, President of Level 10 Construction, announced today that Bob Maxwell has joined the company as a general partner and senior vice president for business development.

Maxwell will expand opportunities for the rapidly growing firm within Silicon Valley, as well as in its two new regional offices in San Francisco and San Diego, focusing on the areas of healthcare, life science, education, technology, entertainment, corporate facilities and retail.
Maxwell formerly served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for C.W. Driver, and as Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Communications for Rudolph and Sletten.
Level 10’s current projects include 181 Fremont Street in San Francisco, Summit Rancho Bernardo in San Diego, Moffett Towers, Moffett Place and Moffett Park in Sunnyvale, CS Bio Inc. in Menlo Park and a number of others soon to be announced.
