SUNNYVALE, CA—Level 10 Construction announced today that it has completed interior construction for the new Almaden Valley Medical Clinic, a primary care center operated by Sutter Health Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF). The new clinic, designed by DES Architects + Engineers, is located at 1071 Blossom Hill Blvd. in San Jose.

Level 10 Construction demolished the existing interiors of the space before beginning work on the interiors of the new clinic. The remodel of the 15,500-sq.-ft space includes new interior construction within an existing building, including primary care departments for family practice and pediatrics.

The facility also contains two draw stations with point-of-case testing and a general radiology room, as well as support spaces. Level 10 Construction also renovated the existing parking lot and made the path leading to the building ADA compliant. The building was partially occupied during construction.

“We had a zero punch list for this project,” said Dennis Giles, President of Level 10 Construction. “What that means is that there were no items that needed to be corrected at the end of the project. Through efficient performance methods, we are able to maximize value and minimize waste, thus providing Sutter Health with optimal outcomes,” Giles explained.

Level 10 Construction has also been named general contractor for the expansion and remodel of an existing medical office building at Sutter Health’s Dublin Center, operated by the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (www.pamf.org).
