SUNNYVALE, CA—Dennis Giles, President of Level 10 Construction, announced today that, as part of expanding its operations throughout California, Level 10 has opened a new office in San Diego and named Mike Conroy Vice President of Operations. Level 10 Construction, headquartered in Sunnyvale, has also opened a new office in San Francisco.

Giles said that the opening of the San Diego office would allow Level 10 to replicate the growth and success of its Bay Area operations, which have expanded rapidly in the last two years. “We have an experienced team in San Diego that has developed a great deal of expertise in the local construction market and will continue to focus on relationship building.” said Giles.

Conroy, formerly a Project Executive with Rudolph and Sletten’s San Diego office, has over 15 years of construction experience in the San Diego area and has managed multiple projects from new construction to additions and renovations. Conroy’s past projects include the University of San Diego; University of California, San Diego; SeaWorld San Diego; San Diego Community College District; Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District and Carlsbad Unified School District. He holds a B.S. in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University.

The Level 10 San Diego office is currently working on upgrades to three existing single-story buildings at Summit Rancho Bernardo, a corporate campus with Class A office space located on 105 acres in Rancho Bernardo. Improvements to the buildings include upgrades to the exterior façade, ADA improvements, a mechanical conversion, electrical service upgrade and other building improvements.

The Summit Rancho Bernardo project is being developed by Jay Paul Company, one of California’s leading real estate developers and owner of over five million square feet of prime commercial real estate throughout the state. Summit Rancho Bernardo has a development potential of up to 3.2 million square feet and is ideally suited for companies seeking expansion or relocation opportunities in a strategic San Diego location adjacent to the 1-15 business corridor.

In addition to corporate campus and high-rise projects, the San Diego office of Level 10 will be working within a number of other markets, including K-12 and higher education, healthcare, biotech, technology, housing and entertainment/theme parks.
