Citing Strong Continued Growth Level 10 Construction adds Eight Employees to Executive Leadership Positions

SUNNYVALE, Calif.Feb. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Level 10 Construction today announced the promotion of four individuals to leadership positions in the organization. Sarah LarsonSteve Spiering and John Bunje were all promoted from Sr. Project Managers to Project Executives. Rob Leming was promoted from Sr. Estimator to Preconstruction Executive. Level 10 also recently added four talented individuals to its leadership team from outside the organization: two Project Executives, Stephen Coates and Steve Flint; and two Preconstruction Executives, Bob Zarubin and Tony Alcocer.

Below are the individuals who recently joined Level 10’s leadership team or were promoted from within the organization:

In Sunnyvale:
Project Executive – Sarah Larson has been in the construction industry 16 years. She joined Level 10 in 2013 as a Project Manager and quickly moved up to Sr. Project Manager for her ability to successfully manage large projects such as Buildings 1, 2 and 5 on the massive Moffett Place Corporate Campus in Sunnyvale; and multiple technically complex projects for Stanford University.

Project Executive – Steve Spiering has been in the construction industry 16 years. He joined Level 10 in 2014 as a Sr. Project Manager and has managed several large corporate campus projects for the firm, including the Moffett Gateway project in Sunnyvale. He is currently working on one of the most high-profile projects in the country, Phase II of a large corporate headquarters campus for a confidential technology client in Menlo Park.

Project Executive – Stephen Coates has been in the construction industry for 37 years. He joined Level 10 in 2017 as a Project Executive after working for many years at Turner Construction. Steve is currently leading one of Level 10’s largest projects, Moffett Towers II in Sunnyvale, as well as the Stanford University Encina Commons seismic upgrade and tenant improvement, and a new corporate campus in San Bruno or a confidential client. Steve has worked on large higher education projects and corporate campus projects.

In San Diego:
Project Executive – John Bunje has been in the construction industry for 17 years. He joined Level 10 in 2013 as a Sr. Project Manager. John is currently leading the Mission Federal Credit Union’s new headquarters project, the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego expansion, as well as numerous projects for Alexandria Real Estate Equities and Swift Real Estate.  John leads efforts that focus on life sciences, corporate office space and campus repositioning projects, as well as complex mechanical and electrical systems, including central utility plants and power substations.

Project Executive – Steve Flint has been in the construction industry for 31 years and joined Level 10 in 2017 as a Project Executive, after working for Swinerton Builders for 23 years in both Southern and Northern California. He currently leads the Pala Casino Spa & Hotel expansion project and brings extensive experience in the gaming, hospitality and higher education sectors. Steve has experience on large hospitality, education, and corporate campus projects.

Preconstruction Executive – Rob Leming has been in the construction industry for more than 15 years and joined Level 10 in 2014 as a Sr. Estimator. Rob is currently working on several large projects, including the Pala Casino Spa & Hotel expansion, the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego expansion, and the Central & Wolfe project in Sunnyvale. Rob has large-project experience in the higher education, mixed-use, healthcare, advanced technology and biotechnology sectors.

Preconstruction Executive – Bob Zarubin (works in both San Diego and Sunnyvale) has been in the construction industry for 28 years. Joining Level 10 in 2017 as a Preconstruction Executive, Bob currently manages preconstruction efforts for the Mt. Diablo Plaza Renovation, the Stanford Manzanita Field Parking Garage, and a confidential project for one of the largest mixed-use developments in downtown San Jose. Bob has experience on large-scale projects in the hospitality, housing, commercial, retail and public sectors.

In San Francisco:
Preconstruction Executive Tony Alcocer has been in the construction industry for 21 years. He joined Level 10 in 2017 as a Preconstruction Executive. Tony is currently working on the Phase I Tenant Improvement for a confidential client at our 181 Fremont high-rise in San Francisco. Prior to joining Level 10, Tony led preconstruction on several large, high-visibility projects in Silicon Valley and New York.
