Promotes Andrew Gaylor to Chief Estimator

SUNNYVALE, CA– Level 10 Construction announced today that it has promoted Andrew Gaylor, LEEDâ AP, DBIA Associate, from Preconstruction Executive to Chief Estimator. Gaylor will be relocating from Level 10’s San Diego office to its headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA.

“Andrew has been instrumental in building our San Diego office,” said Level 10 President Dennis Giles. “By helping to win key projects such as 330 13th St.—an $81 million, 27-story high-rise in downtown San Diego—Andrew has substantially increased our presence in Southern California. At the same time, he has helped us build our Northern California presence by working with our Bay Area clients to realize their projects.”

Gaylor’s promotion follows the recent retirement of Level 10 VP of Preconstruction, Joe Francini, one of the founding partners of the firm and an industry veteran.
