A 27,167-sq.-ft. tenant improvement including 22,531-sq.-ft. of office and support space and 4,636-sq.-ft. of lab space. Scope includes design-build for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, upgrades to the existing exterior envelope insulation to meet Title 24 requirements, and finishes to include ACT ceilings, interior framing and drywall, doors and frames, as well as a build out of the breakroom with finish carpentry.
