Reprograming an existing 8.4-acre campus on which two existing 4-story office buildings and a 2-story parking deck reside. The project includes a new 288,522 SF, six-story, warm-shell building with four levels of above-grade office space and two levels of below-grade parking; and supporting ancillary structures for trash and recycling collection/sorting. The existing parking structure will be demolished to make way for a new 246,245 SF, 6-story, 717-stall parking structure with half a level of underground parking to service the existing and new office buildings parking needs. The site will be renovated to include a new landscaped plaza and walkways to connect the two existing buildings and new building, as well as to provide access to green space being established between the existing buildings and the new parking structure.

As the existing buildings will be occupied during construction, the project will be phased to allow seamless operation of the tenants’ business operations. The project entails BIM-detailed design-assist MEPF and building envelope consisting of curtainwall and metal panels. LEED Gold.
