Tenant improvement expansion and existing clinic space remodel. Scope included 1) repurposing of 3,062 SF of space in Building 1, an existing PAMF clinic, for imaging modalities (one MRI, one CT scanner); and 2) improving 33,000 sq. ft. of leased shelled space in Building 2.
The project included relocating 12 specialties from Building 1 to Building 2; performing infrastructure upgrades to both buildings, and implementing an IT/telecom infrastructure.
Lean construction techniques included Last Planner scheduling and Percent Plan Complete.
