Rancho Vista Campus

The Rancho Vista Campus renovation involves the repositioning of three buildings, including decoupling from the existing campus central utilities plant, construction of new dedicated utility feeds, chilled water plants, and heating hot water plants for each building.

Additionally, our team completed  interior and exterior renovations to the on-site café and dining building, front entry improvements, and extensive site improvements to make room for additional amenities areas and over 800 parking stalls.
