The Emperor Dive Coaster is the tallest, longest, fastest, and only floorless dive coaster in California. Riders will be suspended on a 45-degree angle before making the 143-foot, facedown plunge at speeds faster than 60 mph. For two minutes, riders will zip through inversions, barrel roles, an Immelmann loop, hammerhead turns, and flat spins across nearly 2,500 ft. of coaster track. Aquatic education will also play a role in the Mako attraction. It is located in the southeast corner of SeaWorld San Diego. The site is 3 acres.
