330 13th Street project is a new 23-story mixed-use residential high-rise tower in downtown San Diego. The new “retro-modern” Type I apartment complex contains 222 apartment units, 7,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor commercial space, below-grade parking, and an adjoining building that contains a restaurant, two penthouses and an open-space corridor. The project is adjacent to the New Central Library.
