This UCSF Parnassus Campus project included the relocation of all of the hematology/oncology units into one space on the 4th floor of the Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) building. The department includes infusion, clinical, research and administration components.
The 4th floor was completely gutted and rebuilt for the new hematology/oncology requirements. The floor consists of a total of 22,350 sq. ft. Within that space, 3,190 sq. ft. is dedicated to the central utility core, which received an interior finish upgrade. BIM modeled.
The OSHPD 3 project achieved LEED Silver.
