New five-story, 317,735-sq.-ft. hybrid pre-cast and cast-in-place parking structure, consisting of a basement level and four above-grade levels with a total of 1,077 spaces. The basement level includes a cast-in-place, 4 to 8 ft. thick mat slab with was self-performed by Level 10 Construction. The elevated floors were built with pre-cast concrete elements set by Clark Pacific Precast.
