The Summit Rancho Bernardo tenant improvement project consists of 200,000 sq. ft. of interior demolition of an existing building, 100,000-sq.-ft. new interior buildout, exterior façade upgrades at 10 tenant core locations, full site hardscape and landscape of existing campus, MEP upgrades at roof, two new central plants and decommissioning of existing chiller equipment.
