The Watson Court project consists of two projects in one building: a food service café and a retail optical shop.
The projects are located adjacent to a public corridor in a two-story building that is fully occupied with Stanford and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital (LPCH) clinics. In order for the clinics to remain open, the majority of the construction work for the cafe/optical shop was completed during off-hours.
Level 10’s scope of work to build out the shell space included design-build MEPF services, the tie in of MEP utilities to the existing building system, architectural finishes and underground plumbing, installation of café food service equipment and associated utility hookups. OSHPD 3.
