Doug CollinsPartner/VP Operations
"Because of our deep experience in the industry, we are able to meet demanding project timelines while always maintaining the highest quality."
When Doug says that “Level 10 does project planning and execution better than anyone else,” he has the personal experience and expertise to safely make that claim. Doug’s nearly 25 years of industry experience has yielded some of the largest, fastest and most technically complex projects in the Bay Area and Southern California, including Stanford University’s Florence Moore Hall Renovation, an MEPF design-build project in which seven dormitory wings, courtyards and a full-service kitchen were completed one week ahead of the extremely fast three-month schedule.
Doug also led construction of Pacific Shores, a $300-million, 11-building campus that was completed in an astonishing 18 months, as well as the $60-million Altera Campus in San Jose*, the $100-million Microsoft Silicon Valley Campus in Mountain View*, and Hewlett-Packard’s world headquarters expansion in Palo Alto*.
Doug’s expertise also includes construction of life sciences and educational facilities. In his career, he has worked for clients such as Genentech, Gilead Sciences, Stanford University, Stanford Linear Accelerator, and the University of California, Berkeley.
