279,000-sq.-ft., three-story, 832-space underground parking structure below Manzanita Field. Includes green roof / soccer field, volleyball and basketball courts above. Scope included underground utility removal and relocation, excavation and off-haul of 160,000 CY of soil in six months, and installation of shoring and dewatering system, followed by construction of garage, installation of hardscape, and construction of turf recreational field. Project completed in the heart of an occupied campus.
