4,700-sq.-ft. renovation of majority of Stauffer II Building 2nd floor into a new chemistry laboratory. The project included the construction of wet labs with sinks and fume hoods, a tissue culture room, instrument/equipment rooms, a conference room and faculty/student offices. A portion of the project was shelled for future build-out.
The project was completed in an occupied facility. Level 10 was able to maintain schedule despite the discovery of additional asbestos and hazardous materials that required professional removal.
