10,000-sq.-ft. tenant improvement of Level 10’s corporate headquarters at the Moffett Towers Campus (Building C) in Sunnyvale. The space includes closed offices, open cubicle space, a kitchen, three conference rooms, utility closet, copier/production room and lobby/reception area. The space achieved LEED® Platinum CI requirements. Sustainable elements include recycled fire extinguishers for the pendant lighting in the lobby and kitchen areas; reclaimed oak taken from a demolished bridge in northern California for the lobby walls; salvaged eucalyptus for all cabinetry, desktops and work tables; and local fireclay tile throughout the office space. The project was completed in 11 weeks.
